8 medium apples, peeled, cored and cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
1/4 cup coconut palm sugar or cane sugar
1 cup apple cider
Pure and Simple Seasonings Chai , to taste
Add apples, sugar, and cider to a Dutch oven and cook, covered, over medium-high heat until apples have broken down, about 15-20 minutes. Mash with a wooden spoon or potato masher. Season with Chai to taste, starting with 1 teaspoon.
